Investment Casting Methods in Our Company
Low temperature lost-wax Casting: Low temperature lost-wax casting process with general tolerance CT7-CT8,Ra 6.3-Ra 12.5.More suitable to produce carbon steel and alloy steel products. The capacity is to cast products range from 0.5kg to 70kgs.
Silica Sol Casting: Medium temperature lost-wax casting process with general tolerance CT4-CT6,Ra 3.2-Ra 6.3.Most Widely used for stainless steel products. Also could be used for precision carbon steel parts. This method allows to cast products range from 0.1kgs to 30kgs.
Sand Casting: This kind of casting process can achieve casting tolerance CT9-CT12,Ra25-Ra50. Weight of products range from 5kgs to 2000kgs. The usually used materials are ductile iron, gray iron, carbon steel , high chrome iron, etc.
