Stainless steel investment casting process can control a better dimension accurancy and surface finish for boat steering wheels. Usually, no machining is required. Cast tolerance can reach ISO8062 CT5-CT6. Surface roughness of cast boat steering wheel is between Ra3.2 to Ra6.3. Surface finish of cast boat steering wheel can be shot blasted or mirror polished, which is mainly decided by our customers.
